This smoothie bowl uses fresh coconut and ginger for a spicy twist on a delicious smoothie. The tahini adds a nice creaminess to top it off.

Ingredients:
- 1 young coconut- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 2 medjool dates
Toppings:
- coconut chips
- sesame seeds
- dragonfruit balls (optional)
Directions:
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add toppings.
