-1 cup oat flour (blend oats into flour)

Directions:
Mix together 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water and set aside to thicken for 5-10 mins. Blend all ingredients together in blender. Pour batter into a greased or non stick pan. Cook on medium heat on the stove for about 3-5 mins each side.
