Nutrex Hawaii “Free Nutrex Hawaii For One Year” Giveaway  

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents (50 states + D.C.) who are 18 or older. Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members of Nutrex Hawaii, Cyanotech Corporation, and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter or win. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. No purchase necessary.  

Promotion Period & Entry Periods: The giveaway runs from 2/15/2025 to 12/31/2025 (the “Promotion Period”) with four (4) entry periods:  Entry Period 1: February 15, 2025 – March 31, 2025 (Drawing: April 1, 2025)

Entry Period 2: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025 (Drawing: July 1, 2025)

Entry Period 3: July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025 (Drawing: October 1, 2025)

Entry Period 4: October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 (Drawing: January 2, 2026)

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM HST on the last day of each entry period to qualify. Entries do not roll over.

How to Enter: Visit https://www.nutrex-hawaii.com/#HIEvents and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person per entry period. Prizes: Each quarter, one winner will receive a one-year supply of Nutrex Hawaii products: BioAstin® Hawaiian Astaxanthin (12mg soft gels, 6mg gummies, or 4mg soft gels), and Hawaiian Spirulina® (powder or tablets, 3g per day). Approximate value: $650 - $1,000. Prize Conditions: Prizes ship within the U.S. only (no P.O. boxes). Winners will be randomly drawn and notified via email within 72 hours. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, up to two (2) alternates will be selected. If no alternate claims the prize, it will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. If a winner cannot accept the full prize, a new winner may be selected. Any attempt to tamper with the giveaway results in disqualification. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime). By entering, participants release Nutrex Hawaii, Cyanotech Corporation, and affiliates from any liability related to participation or prizes. Winners may need to sign a Liability/Publicity Release. By accepting the prize, winners allow Nutrex Hawaii to use their name and likeness for promotions, unless prohibited by law.
