Serving Size: 2-4 salads
Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 juice of a lemon
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and pour onto salads.
