Experience the refreshing taste of fresh mint, blended with frozen bananas and creamy almond butter, in this guilt-free mint chip soft serve, topped with crunchy cacao nibs for a delightful and healthy dessert alternative.
Ingredients:
¼ cup mint
¼ cup nondairy milk
2 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina
¼ cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon almond butter
1-2 pitted dates, depending on how sweet you want it
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
Directions:
- Add everything, besides the nibs, to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Mix in the cacao nibs.
- Feel free to enjoy then or for a frostier version, pour into a bowl and freeze. Mix every 15 or so minutes, making sure to scrape down the sides each time. Continue to do this for 30 minutes to an hour. I served it with a drizzle of vegan caramel and extra cacao nibs!
