- 1 cup kale
2 frozen apple bananas, or 1 large regular banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 lilikoi (could sub for a squeeze of lemon if passionfruit is not accessible)
1 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina powder
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein
½ cup fresh orange juice
½-1 cup almond milk, depending how thick you want it
