Cool down with these tart and tangy yogurt bars after your outdoor adventure for the day!

Oat Crust Ingredients:
- 7-8 pitted soft medjool dates
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor
2. Squish into a lined 8X8 pan
Frozen Yogurt Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened plant based yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina®
- frozen raspberries and lemon zest
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together (minus raspberries and lemon zest) in a bowl
2. Pour onto crust
3. Add the berries and lemon zest
4. Freeze for an hour and store in the freezer
