Ingredients:
- 1-2 cups freshly washed organic spinach
- 4 oz cooked sockeye salmon (bonus--it has astaxanthin along with healthy omega 3s!)
- 1/4 cup organic blueberries (or favorite fruit)
- 1 TSP Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica powder
Directions:
Place spinach on plate. Top with sliced strawberries and salmon and sprinkle with Spirulina. Add dressing or drizzle olive oil if desired.
