This wrap is carb free and loaded with nutrients from the veggies and spirulina.
Yield: MAKES ONE WRAP
Ingredients:
- 1 collard green leaf, main stem removed
- 1 teaspoon hummus
- ½ teaspoon Hawaiian Spirulina powder
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup thinly sliced avocado
Directions:
Lay collard green leaf flat on a plate. Spread with hummus and layer other ingredients. Sprinkle Hawaiian Spirulina on top and roll up to eat. Mix in any of your favorite raw veggies for more variety.
