I’m 65 years old and play tennis several times a week at various times of the day, here in Kailua-Kona. I don’t always remember to put on sunscreen, but I’m pretty vigilant about taking my Bioastin. About three years ago I was out of Bioastin and hadn’t taken it for at least a week, maybe a little longer. I played in a tennis tournament so I was on the court for quite a while and during the heat of the day. The next day my face was red, swollen and puffy!! Since that experience I have been faithful, only missing an occasional day without my dose of Bioastin. I have vowed to never go through that again!
