Love, Love, Love your JointAstin and Spirulina! I come from a competitive background of inline speed skating. In 2005 I injured my back which required surgery. During the process I became vegetarian and very health oriented. I came across BioAstin and never looked back. After finally getting back into casual sports, I moved to the Big Island and became Vegan. I now take JointAstin and am back in competitive cycling & triathlons. This is my recipe for success!
